• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

All payments are processed securely via Creem. You agree to provide valid payment information. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and original content of Niche Loyalty are the exclusive property of the project owner. You retain all rights to the customer data you upload, but grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Niche Loyalty to distribute spam, fraudulent rewards, or content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Niche Loyalty is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent activity.
